BTS currently rising as the latest k-pop craze with latest album “You Never Walk Alone” and the title garnering over 20 million views on YouTube three days after its release.
Approximately 89 hours after first upload to YouTube, the song’s music video had raked in more than 20 million views, making BTS the K-pop idol group to hit the milestone in the shortest span of time.
It also stormed overseas iTunes music video charts, topping the list in US, UK, Canada, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand on the day of release. Three days after the initial release, “Spring Day,” “Not Today” and “A Supplementary Story: You Never Walk Alone” had comfortably found their place in the list of top 100 iTunes songs by sales volume in the US.
BTS debut in 2013 with the EP "2 Cool 4 Skool." As the first boy group launched by nascent agency Big Hit Entertainment. Later releasing a string of hits including the international hit album "Wings," which went as high as 26th place on the Billboard charts last October.
